Course Overview
Project Performance Evaluation is a systematic method for collecting, analysing, and using information to answer questions about projects and policies, particularly about their effectiveness and efficiency. Stakeholders want to know if the projects they fund and implement are actually having the intended effect. Evaluators help answer these questions, and the best way is for evaluation to be jointly undertaken by evaluators and stakeholders.

This course is designed to give participants definitive standards for assessing and improving an organisation’s project implementation capability.
