This course is designed for professionals preparing to sit for the PMI-PMOCP™ (PMO Certified Professional) examination. Questions are scenario-based, testing practical decision-making and PMO leadership capability. The PMI-PMOCP certification focuses on six key domains that reflect real-world PMO practices:

Pre-Requisite

To be eligible for the PMI-PMOCP certification, candidates should meet the following requirements (as per PMI guidelines):

• Secondary Diploma (High School or equivalent)
• Minimum 36 months of project-related experience within the last 8 years
• OR hold a valid PMP® certification
• Minimum 10 hours of PMO-related education/training
