It doesn\u2019t matter if the organization is big or small, there are always some projects going on. Not everyone needs to be an expert project manager, but a clear understanding of the fundamentals and experience in core concepts make a big difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Project Management Experience\u201d is an interactive program for people involved in projects now or in the future. The program teaches essential skills to be effective on a project. This program is unique because it uses a special simulation tool that lets participants experience running a project in a life-like computer simulation, ensuring the project gets done within schedule and budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the program, participants, in small groups, plan and execute a project using the simulation. The group that stays closest to budget and schedule is crowned the champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><br>This course is tailored for those directly or indirectly involved in projects who have not attended formal Project Management training.
