The course is partly based on lectures and partly based on exercises and mockexam questions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course is tailored especially for those who want to get a worldwide recognized Project Management certification (PMP)\u00ae from <strong>PMI\u00ae<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre-Requisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High School Diploma\/Global Equivalent&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum 60 months\/5 years experience leading and managing projects within the past ten years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 hours of project management education\/training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OR&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/Global Equivalent&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum 36 months\/3 years experience leading and managing projects within the past 10 years&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 hours of project management education\/training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OR&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/Global Equivalent from a GAC Accredited program&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum 24 months\/2 years experience leading and managing projects within the past 10 years&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>35 hours of project management education\/training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LEARNING OUTCOME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of this course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprehend key concepts &amp;
